The purpose of this blog is to document and follow my educational progression in the field of architecture. It was first set up in 2011 as a tool to share my experience on the MSc Architectural Technology and later on the Master of Architecture at NTU. The content and purpose has constantly evolved over the years and it is now a tool to assist my registration as an architect through the RIBA Studio Certificate. Futures Visual Number 1
This visual is showing the relationship between physical invisibility through cut sections (Left hand side of building) and also futuristic meta-material invisibility currently in development. As the viewer moves closer to the extended building the mata-materials ability to bend light dissipates but it is replaced with a physical cut section. The purpose of these views is to link the public space of Nottingham Council House and Lister road outside Saint Peters Church.

ECONOMIC BBQ
Made the most of the sunshine this weekend and decided to make a BBQ for the house with my house mate Victor Vicart. The total cost of the project came to £1.50 with reclaimed bricks from the garden and concrete I had left over from a previous project for Horizon Scanning.
