Yesterday I paid a visit to this summer’s
Dulwich Pavilion by Pricegore Architects. HRW Engineers developed the structural
design using everyday timber studs combined with special metal brackets and stainless
steel cables as bracing. The structure was subtly expressed internally but the
postmodern/pop art colourful façade dominates externally. It is a playful pavilion
and well worth a visit.
