Details are something I tend to forget to post on this blog but here is a example of a detail I have completed for Waterford Regional Airport extension proposal. It shows the structural support to the aluminium curtain wall used for the front of the building.
The purpose of this blog is to document and follow my educational progression in the field of architecture. It was first set up in 2011 as a tool to share my experience on the MSc Architectural Technology and later on the Master of Architecture at NTU. The content and purpose has constantly evolved over the years and it is now a tool to assist my registration as an architect through the RIBA Studio Certificate. Further exploration of invisibility cladding
During the development of my metamaterial cladding I created view points along the street. These were highlighted in a faint grey towards the building. This is just a snap shot I took close to the cladding. Complete accidental creation but there is something I quite like about it!!!!
